Inclusions: * A personalised sleep plan including relevant age based routine, settling methods and troubleshooting strategies * 45-60 minute phone consultation to discuss sleep plan in detail How it works: Once booked in, you’ll receive a copy of my intake form where you’ll tell me all about what’s going on with your little ones sleep. 48 hours prior to our phone consultation, I’ll email you with the sleep plan, routine and all other supportive information. The phone consultation is where we go over the information in the sleep plan and you can ask any questions you may have.
