Cancellation Policy

By purchasing the Services, You agree that You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and all of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Cancellation Policy shall prevail.


1. Cancellation
1.1. You may cancel the Services for any reason by providing Us with written notice, at least five (5) working days before the scheduled commencement date for the Services. If You cancel pursuant to this clause, We will refund You fifty percent (50%) of the Fee, less any transaction fees.
1.2. If You attempt to cancel the Services with less than five (5) working days’ notice before the scheduled commencement date for the Services, We will not refund You any amount.
1.3. You may request to cancel the Services due to illness or medical reasons.
1.4. Where You request to cancel the Services for any of the reasons in clause 1.3:
(a) Please urgently contact Us as soon as possible;
(b) We will consider Your request on a case-by-base basis;
(c) We will work with You to reschedule the Assistance Period to a mutually agreed date if possible.
1.5. If:
(a) We are unable to provide You with the Services for any reason;
(b) We provided You with written notice that We are unable to provide the Services, less than five (5) working days before the scheduled commencement date for the Services; and
(c) You have not chosen to reschedule the Services,
You may choose to cancel the Services and request a full refund.


2. Refunds
2.1. We will not provide any refund where You are dissatisfied with the results of the Services.
2.2. Payment for any Guides sold by Us is final and will not be refunded in any circumstances.
2.3. To cancel a consultation and request a refund, please contact Us at [email address – specific sleep now email?] with Your booking details. Please include Your full name, consultation date, and reason for cancellation.
2.4. Approved refunds will be processed within [timeframe for refund, may depend on your bank, suggest seven (7) to ten (10)] working days from the date of the refund is approved.


3. Definitions
3.1. In these Terms, the following words have the following special meanings:
“Fee” means the fixed price specified on Our website, payable by You for the Package(s) You have purchased.
“Package” means the packages for Services as specified on Our website.
“Privacy Policy” means Our policy for use of Your personal information, found here.
“Cancellation Policy” means this policy (as amended from time to time);
“Services” means all services supplied by Us to You at any time;
“Terms and Conditions” means the terms of service (as amended from time to time), found here;
“We”, “Our”, “Us” means Sleep Now Limited; and
“You”, “Your” means the party or parties engaging Us to provide Services in accordance with these Terms.
